BuildSpace provides a cloud platform for deploying, hosting, and scaling web applications. Our services include but are not limited to application deployment, domain management, analytics, and team collaboration tools.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Payment Terms

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

6. Content and Data

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide our services.

Content Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We provide service level agreements (SLAs) for paid plans and will provide credits for qualifying downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

BuildSpace and its services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the services will cease, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policies.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
